Justin joined on as Treasure of our team in 2017 and brings with him over 20 years of accounting experience to our foundation. He has worked for Holman Automotive Group for over 20 years and has also worked with a variety of youth sports programs to help support his community. Proudly born and raised in Pittsburgh, Justin earned his BA in Finance degree from the Slippery Rock University and has an MBA in Technology Management. He and his wife, Jodi, and their two boys now make South Florida their home.
Lee’s business career spans more than 25 years. He was a founding partner in the internet startup B2BSoftware.com, which led to a 10-year tenure with JPMorgan Chase in its CardServices group. While there he helped manage the BankOne merger integration with the Global Treasury group. Lee then founded Office Depot Merchant Services for Office Depot, a Fortune 500 company. Office Depot Merchant Services was later sold to a top 10 U.S. Merchant Processor. His passion has always been sports, specifically hockey, which he shares with his wife, Wendy,and sons, Braden and Ryan.
Scott has been involved in the education of youth for the last 20 years, first as an education director at several Juvenile Justice facilities, then a special education teacher, and currently as a Student Assessment Coordinator. He knew he wanted to be an educator from the time he entered high school because he wanted to make a difference in the lives of students.
He was a dual sport athlete in college and has been coaching since his playing days ended. Several of his players have gone on to win collegiate national championships. His first sports memory was watching the Flyers win their first Stanley cup with his father. His son loved the sport from a young age while watching the Florida Panthers. When traveling to see family in Canada during the holidays his son spends most of his time on the ice no matter what the temperature.
Ron Keys is a business entrepreneur and business coach. He is a University of Michigan graduate that moved to Florida in 1988 to open and develop a PI and Recovery business to service the largest banks and financial institutions. He was the VP of Allied Finance adjusters the largest trade association in the auto recovery industry. Ron owned and operated the largest recovery and re-marketing firm in the state of Florida for over thirty years. The business grew from a single office in south Florida to eventually cover the entire state of Florida. Ron sold the business and became a consultant for the new owner in October of 2018.
Ron started playing hockey at the age of 7 years old in his home state of Michigan. He played competitively until his Sophomore season in college. Ron joined the Sharpshooter organization as President in 2016 to assist in the growth and advancement of youth hockey in south Florida. Ron has three boys which all play hockey at various levels. His love of the game and his ability to connect with the kids has grown the program to almost double in size over the past 4 years. His driving force is to advance the game of ice hockey to all through three fundamental, His goal for the kids to have fun, teach friendship and teamwork, and to develop the fundamental skills of skating and the game of ice hockey in which he loves. Ron still plays ice hockey himself in various mens leagues in the area. The volunteer time Ron dedicates to the Florida Fury is a labor of love to give back to the game all the joys and excitement it has given him and his family through the years.
